Body By Todd Private Fitness studio located in Worthington Ohio is a small intimate private studio vs. a big box gym - we work on appointments only [no walk ins] so booking your appointment for your workouts keeps you on track and motivated to complete your program! We offer the IDEAL program made just for busy professional clientele wanting to shape up and lose weight without all the High-Impact, running, bouncing, jumping workouts that often times only cause more injuries. All our programs include 2 diet plans, weekly weigh ins and 2 total body workouts per week for 6 weeks and loads of MOTIVATION from our experienced personal trainers who have lost 25-100lbs themselves so we know where you're coming from!

Best choice for the beginner, or you have not worked out in years. These QVR sessions will help build your lean muscle mass back up to help your 'almost completely devoid' metabolism to turn back on once again! 2 QVR sessions per week
8 Wk Kicker Program
This plan includes our 3 day Santa Monica Cleanse so its great way to get the detox aspect added to your training and we also give you an additional 2 weeks of sessions in QVR to lose even more weight on this plan. 2 QVR sessions per week.
